A group of friends work to save one of their own from being used by sinister forces from their past. While on the run, they stumble onto a scheme orchestrated by a psychotic madman who would rewrite all of Creation in his own image.
Teaming up with a grumpy old man and his grumpier old dog, they have to escape cyborg assassins and supernatural monsters as they look for the lost journal of a long-dead psychic whose predictions hold the key to saving the world. They just have to survive long enough to find it.
